We conduct a structured feasibility assessment to evaluate site potential, zoning and planning constraints, council requirements, development risks, and preliminary cost guidance — giving you clarity and confidence before committing to the next stage.

02. Design & Planning
Our coordinated team manages architectural design, structural and civil engineering input, and council approvals including Resource Consent (RC), Engineering Plan Approval (EPA), and Building Consent (BC).
We ensure designs are functional, compliant, buildable, and cost-efficient — minimising variations, reducing programme delays, and protecting budget certainty.

03. Construction & Delivery
Once approvals are secured, we transition into disciplined construction execution.
We maintain strict quality control, structured sequencing, contractor coordination, transparent reporting, and continuous cost oversight — ensuring projects progress efficiently, safely, and predictably.

04. Completion, Handover & Ongoing Support
We coordinate final inspections, manage Code Compliance Certificate (CCC) approval, and where applicable, oversee subdivision completion and issuance of new Titles.
Structured handover documentation includes warranties, guarantees, compliance records, and relevant certification.
Our commitment extends beyond completion. We provide:
