It’s a complimentary, no-obligation service where we meet with you, visit your site, and provide a detailed Feasibility Report. This report assesses the viability of your project, outlines potential, identifies constraints (like slope or services), and gives preliminary cost guidance. It’s the best first step to understand what’s possible.
05What is included in your Full-Cycle Project Management?
We manage every stage of your project: finding a site (if needed), feasibility studies, design and consenting, contractor procurement, full construction oversight, handover, and even support with your exit strategy (e.g., sale or property management connections). We are your single point of contact and accountability.
06Do you only do new builds, or can you handle renovations and additions?
While we specialise in new residential and light commercial developments, our expertise extends to significant renovations, additions, and backyard developments (like granny flats). Please contact us to discuss the specific scope of your renovation project.
07Can you help me subdivide my land?
Yes, subdivision is a core part of our service. We manage the entire process—from initial planning and surveyor coordination through to council consent applications and the construction of new dwellings on the created lots.
