Our fixed-price contract is based on your fully detailed and approved plans and specifications. Once these are locked in, the price is guaranteed. The only thing that can change the contract price is a formal “variation”—a change you request after sign-off (like upgrading finishes or altering the layout). We will always provide a transparent written quote for any variation before proceeding, ensuring you remain in full control of your budget.

Very involved. We believe it’s your home, and our process is highly collaborative. You’ll work directly with our architects and Omkar throughout the design phase.
